Getting enough exercise is often neglected, especially in our daily working life. On average, office workers manage just 1,500 steps a day. The recommended number of steps to stay healthy, however, is 10,000 steps a day. This corresponds to a distance of 5 to 8 kilometers on foot.
But why not simply combine exercise and work? If you ride your bike to work, you can complete your daily fitness program on the side - healthy, inexpensive and environmentally friendly. That's why we're taking part in the bike to work challenge again this year and will be represented by a number of teams. We are looking forward to the sporting challenge!
