Medical imaging

Medical imaging plays a central role in modern medical technology. It is used for the diagnosis of disease-related changes, and it forms the basis for the use of therapeutic procedures or image-based interventional interactions in the human body.

We specialize in digital imaging systems – from capturing the image data to visualization and image processing. With our attention to detail, we exploit every possibility to achieve excellent image sharpness with the highest resolution. Challenge us with your application!

One of the medical imaging devices we manufacture at a customer's request is our endoscope camera with display device for urology.

The expectation

Medical imaging demands a total solution that suits every application. This should be based on a micro-camera system, analysis electronics, and a display unit. Furthermore, imaging should also be possible during coagulation. The smallest bending radii must allow precise control of the endoscope. The device must be usable for all standard reprocessing procedures.

What we offer

We meet the expectations with our endoscope camera. This is a fully encapsulated color camera system with a resolution of 400 x 400 pixels and with an outer diameter of only 0.5 mm. The camera is enclosed within a full-metal housing with an outer diameter of only 1.5 mm. The portable monitor with an 8-inch full-HD display and touch interface features real-time dynamic pixel error correction.

Our services

We develop, verify, industrialize, and test the device for our customer. We also take care of assembly, product maintenance, and service. We are proud to be able to manufacture and test up to 10,000 units of the device per year.
